Oriental Logistics first time participated in World Vision Hong Kong “Famine 30” so as to support food aid and development projects of World Vision. “Famine 30 heroes” were barefoot and volunteered to starve at the Hong Kong Aberdeen Sports Ground with the aim of raising funds for children who are suffering from starvation.

Being a recognized Caring Company, Oriental Logistics hopes to help to solve the starvation problem of poverty developing countries. The management of Oriental Logistics revealed that thirteen staff participated in this event. Staff self-organized to join this event may arise awareness from other colleagues. Besides, the company donated top up of staff’s donation, which can encourage staff to participate in charity functions. This is also Oriental Logistics’ long-term aim for helping the underprivileged of society.
