With joint efforts of Hong Kong Logistics
Association (HKLA), HKQAA held a seminar about quality
and security in supply chain management on 27 May 2005.
Prominent speakers from terminal operators, logistics
companies and certification bodies shared with the industry
fellows their experience on port security, challenges
and improvements achieved by implementing ISO 9001,
and how to effectively implement quality management
systems to fulfill C-TPAT requirements.
